On Saturday December 13, 2003, Cahill United Methodist Church was honored to be presented with a marker noting that CUMC was an Official Marked Historical Site of The United Methodist Church. Dr. John Lukert, Superintendent, Fort Worth West district, Central Texas Conference, was on hand making the presentation. The dedication service was exciting for the full house consisting of new and old members as well as guests from neighboring churches. Historical moments of CUMC was presented by Mel Jackson.
