A New Season
Another way to express all of this is with a single action, the sound of taking a big breath of air into our lungs, and slowly releasing it. Many of us are winding down our Christmas celebrations, pulling lights off of our trees and tinsel out of our hair. But the idea of taking a long breather is always welcome. The concept of renewed focus for what lies ahead is always a good place to start.
I’ll be starting a new sermon series called “Fear, What Is It Good For?” on Sunday, January 14th. We’ll look a bit deeper at different fears in our lives, how they often hinder us, where we must work in the midst of them, and maybe even how they can challenge us to re-prioritize what is most important. This sermon series is meant to help us as we start the New Year seeking clarity of mind and the truest desires of our God-centered hearts. You are invited to come out and join us at Cahill!
Grace and Peace,
